National Endowment "To Use" The Arts??

Today on Glenn Beck's television program was a discussion between Glenn and Patrick Courrielche, who is a guest contributor on Andrew Breitbart's "Big Hollywood."

It appears that Mr. Courrielche has been included on some email transmissions that describe a collusion between Barack Obama's "United We Serve" program and The National Endowment Of The Arts.

According to its website, The National Endowment for the Arts [...]"Is a public agency dedicated to supporting excellence in the arts, both new and established; bringing the arts to all Americans; and providing leadership in arts education. Established by Congress in 1965 as an independent agency of the federal government, the Endowment is the nation's largest annual funder of the arts, bringing great art to all 50 states, including rural areas, inner cities, and military bases."

Mr. Courrielche has described in some detail on Big Hollywood the details of his communications with persons representing the government. It is a lengthy read, but important. Read his article here.

Additionally, here are three segments of Glenn Beck's television program that are relevant.

I leave the interpretation of this information to you the reader. I simply find fascinating the statement made by Mr. Courrielche that "Facts are bipartisan.... This is not what the Government was meant to do, and this is not what the The National Endowment for the Arts was meant to do... They are there to promote the Arts, increase access to the Arts, and be a leader in education in the Arts - not to push issues."

Additionally, the Rock The Vote poster at the end of the clip is fascinating to me, as I was greatly influenced to vote for Bill Clinton in 1992 due to...you guessed it. Rock The Vote.

Great that you found all 3 videos of this interview. Thanks for posting. Obama using taxpayer funded NEA for propaganda. Every day we find out something new. Thank goodness for people willing to speak out. I'm linking this on to my post. Thanks.

The NEA should NOT be funded by government. I mean, some of the horror stories about some of the "art" we're paying for are sickening.

If artists are providing "art" that the people enjoy, private funding will come.

Great post!

I missed this episode so thanks for posting it on here.

It just continually blows me away what this administration will do and has done. I think I've seen it all, and then there's more! Good on this guy for calling our attention to it. Took a lot of guts since he will most likely be shunned in the art community now.

Great post. Like Tammy, I think I've heard it all, and then they stoop to another low level.

Hi Solomon! Thanks for posting these, great post. I saw one of them, and was just as outraged as everyone. Using our tax money for his commie propaganda...but of course, are we surprised?

I for one am not surprised at ANYTHING this illegal, corrupt and just plain HORRIBLE admin does anymore. It's a nightmare with no end in sight!

TCL - thanks for the link.. I just posted on the "assholes" comment, saw you had it up last night. Title added for shock value...

B & G - based on what is done with the money in the modern age, it is certainly questionable to use taxpayer dollars.

As a concept, it was the right thing, now I think something more like PBS - donations as the primary source of funds, because like you mentioned - good work will merit good money in support.

Tammy - glad to help, and if you didn't see what TCL posted last night, it's the radical Van Jones in action, and worth seeing.

M-Cat - amazing, isn't it? Seems every day without fail we're uncovering more scandalous info and behavior on the left and tied to Obama.

Bunni - thank God there are brave people like Mr. Courrielche and of course Glenn to bring us this truth, in an era that seems to be all about untruth and deception.
