In his introduction of fellow host Rachel Maddow, and giving a synopsis of the President's address to the Joint Session of Congress, Keith Olbermann on MSNBC just said :

"Is this enough to sell it to the left, and is it not too much to sell it to the middle?"

As promised - the video. My point in posting this is the fact that there seems to be absolutely zero concern in his statement about where the political right stands on this issue. To further my point, every pundit and politician I've seen speak about tonight's speech has stated that President Obama clearly pandered to the base, offering not much more than sarcastic jabs to anyone who is not in lockstep with his agenda.
